Вирус Эпштейна — Барр инфекция (ВЭБ) и цитомегаловирусная инфекция (ЦМВ) в настоящее время являются значимой проблемой практической медицины. Уровень диагностики данных патологий врачами первичного звена в последнее время крайне низок. Недостаточная выявляемость данных инфекций объясняется в первую очередь латентным, стертым течением инфекционного процесса, а также недоступностью на амбулаторном этапе ряда скрининговых тестов. Это влечет за собой ряд неблагоприятных отдаленных последствий, в том числе на ЛОР-органы. Отмечается рост назначения нерациональной антибактериальной терапии при данной патологии и, как следствие, формирование антибиотикорезистентности. Настоящее исследование имело своей целью проанализировать число отдаленных последствий, а также статистику оперативных вмешательств на ЛОР-органах за 2021 и первую половину 2022 гг. у пациентов, перенесших ВЭБ и ЦМВ-инфекцию. В последние годы мы видим рост числа аденотомий, аденотонзиллотомий у детей, перенесших ВЭБ или ЦМВ. При сборе анамнеза у родителей пациентов выяснилось, что в лечении острой фазы инфекционного процесса отсутствовала единая схема. Таким образом, результаты данной работы служат поводом для улучшения качества диагностики и выработки единой схемы лечения у пациентов с ВЭБ и ЦМВ-инфекцией.

Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) and cytomegalovirus (CMV) infections are currently a significant problem in practical medicine. The level of diagnosis of these pathologies by local practitioners (district physicians and pediatricians) has recently been extremely low. The low detection rate of these infections is explained, first of all, by the latent, erased course of the infectious process, as well as the unavailability of a number of screening tests at the outpatient stage. This entails a number of adverse long-term effects, including on the ENT organs. There is an increase in the prescription of irrational antibiotic therapy for this pathology and, as a result, the formation of antibiotic resistance. This study aimed to analyze the number of surgical interventions on the ENT organs for 2021 and the first half of 2022 in patients who had had EBV, CMV. In recent years, we have seen an increase in the number of adenotomies, adenotonsillotomies in children who have had EBV or CMV. When collecting an anamnesis from the parents of the patients, it turned out that there was no single scheme in the treatment of the acute phase of the infectious process. Thus, the results of this work serve as a reason to improve the quality of diagnosis and develop a unified treatment regimen in patients with EBV and CMV infections.
