<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The COVID-19 was studied in 17 patients with various forms of hematological malingnancies and in 19 employees of the institute. Diagnostics of the infection were performed using real-time PCR. The dynamics of the level of IgG antibodies was also studied in this contingent. It has been shown that a higher antibody titer and their longer preservation are observed in patients after a severe form of COVID-19 (with pneumonia). Different dynamics of changes in the level of antibodies and a high drop frequency indicate the need for vaccination and compliance with strict preventive measures.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>COVID-19</kwd><kwd>гемобластозы</kwd><kwd>антитела к SARS-CoV-2</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>COVID-19</kwd><kwd>hematological malingnancies</kwd><kwd>antibodies to SARS-CoV-2</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Zhu N, Zhang D, Wang W, et al.; China Novel Coronavirus Investigating and Research Team.
