Рак кожи занимает одну из лидирующих позиций в структуре онкологических заболеваний как в России, так и во всем мире. В последние годы наблюдается устойчивый рост количества выявленных случаев заболеваний злокачественными новообразованиями кожи. Данная патология является одной из социально значимых проблем. В данной статье рассмотрены основные вопросы канцерогенеза злокачественных новообразований кожи, их морфологии и эпидемиологии на примере Новгородской области. Наибольшее количество случаев в общей структуре заболеваемости приходится на базальноклеточный рак. Данная тенденция характерна как для Новгородской области, так и для всего мира. Актуальность данной темы обусловлена в первую очередь постоянным ростом заболеваемости злокачественными новообразованиями кожи и необходимостью междисциплинарного подхода для решения этой проблемы.

Skin cancer occupies one of the leading positions in the structure of oncological diseases both in Russia and around the world. In recent years there has been a steady increase in the number of reported cases of diseases malignant neoplasms of the skin. This pathology is one of the socially significant problems. This article discusses the main issues of carcinogenesis of malignant skin neoplasms, their morphology and epidemiology on the example of the Novgorod region. Basal cell carcinoma accounts for the largest number of cases in the overall morbidity structure. This trend is typical both for the Novgorod region and for the whole world. The relevance of this topic is primarily due to the constant increase in the incidence of this pathology and the need for an interdisciplinary approach to solve this problem.
