Среди причин нарушения половой функции у потомства можно отметить изменение гормонального фона у самцов крыс в виде значительного снижения уровня основного андрогена тестостерона, а также повреждение дофаминергических систем мозга, проявляющееся в снижении уровня дофамина. Результаты эндокринных исследований свидетельствуют об изменении гормонального фона у самцов крыс в виде значительного снижения уровня основного андрогена Тс, что является одной из причин нарушения половой функции у потомств. Пренатальная экспорзиция холинотропным препаратам завершается альтерациями дофаминергических систем мозга у 20-дневных плодов крыс и у 2-месячных потомств, которые вовлечены в этиопатогенез поведенческих нарушений в пубертатном периоде.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Prenatal exposure to gangleron and, to a lesser extent, metamizil leads to significant violations of the motivational component of sexual function in sexually mature offspring of males, expressed in low values of manifestation of primary sexual activity, and an increase in approach latency and sexual dysfunction after acquiring sexual experience.
