Из всех методов, рассмотренных в этой работе, предлагается выбор комбинированного метода определения ёмкости кислотных аккумуляторных батарей. Этот метод используется в комбинации с математической моделью, которая была разработана для аккумуляторной батареи вилочного погрузчика на базе экспериментальных данных, полученных на производстве. Специалист в области силовой электроники, владея этим методом, способен разработать автоматизированное зарядное устройство. Это зарядное устройство опционально сможет автоматически контролировать изменение ёмкости кислотных аккумуляторных батарей, регулировать ток и напряжение подзарядки и выдавать информацию об оставшемся сроке службы рабочей модели кислотной аккумуляторной батареи. Приведена математическая модель изменения ёмкости тяговой аккумуляторной батареи АКБ 80V 4PzSH 480 Ah. В модели приведены математические выражения зарядового тока и ёмкости данной батареи.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article briefly discusses methods for determining the capacity of acid batteries of forklifts. Of all the methods considered in this work, the choice of a combined method for determining the capacity of acid batteries is proposed. This method is used in combination with a mathematical model that was developed for a forklift battery based on experimental data obtained in production. A specialist in the field of power electronics, having this method, is able to develop an automated charger. This charger will optionally be able to automatically monitor changes in the capacity of acid batteries, adjust the charging current and voltage and provide information about the remaining service life of the working model of the acid battery. A mathematical model of the change in the capacity of the traction battery of the 80V 4PzSH 480 Ah battery is given.
